We are delighted to launch the Food Scholarship Program. This is a challenging after school club to support gifted and talented students. Chef James Holden from the Academy of Culinary Arts is working closely with Alsop to teach students a range of skills.
Chef Holden’s CV boasts cooking for her majesty Queen Elizabeth as well as working for the prestigious Savoy hotel. The Program involves visiting the Shankly hotel, interviewing staff and a tour of the new hotel rooms.
