Year 10 Students attend a production of Into the Woods at St George's Hall

Year 10 students recently attended a performance of ‘Into the Woods’ at St George's Hall.  The trip, organised by Year 10 Form Tutor Miss Bushell, was a reward for their attainment and behaviour this year.

The performance, held in the magnificent concert room, was described as 'fantastic' and all the girls enjoyed it very much.  Miss Bushell also commented that,

it was great to see some of our ex pupils, who are currently studying at LMA (Liverpool's leading College & University Centre for Film & TV, Games & Animation, Music Performance, Musical Theatre and Acting), performing on stage. It really gave our pupils an insight into what they could achieve in the future.

Some of the students who participated in this visit are currently taking GCSEs in Performing Arts and aspire to become actresses one day so this was quite an inspiration for them.

The groups also had an opportunity to visit the amazing Christmas Market briefly before returning to school.
